Abstract

The author conducted this research because there were indications that employees did not get appreciation and interacted well between leaders and subordinates, coordination and communication between employees was not optimal, there were still work facilities that did not meet the standards. In addition, the limited ability of employees to complete the tasks given is not according to the plan set so that the target has not been achieved according to the specified schedule. This research belongs to the type of descriptive quantitative research, this research was conducted on Borobudur Conservation Agency employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation, work environment and performance of Borobudur Conservation Center employees. The respondents in this study were 80 (eighty) permanent Borobudur Conservation Agency employees. The results of the study indicate that there is work motivation, work environment and very good performance, but needs improvement and improvement in work motivation and work environment. Motivation that needs attention is in giving attention to the work of his subordinates. Whereas the work environment needs to be improved in the provision of Tabel rations, working environment conditions and employee comfort.
